LGR model Cyclone grit chamber sand suction machine/ swirl stream grit tank removal unit /Rotating blade grit removal unit
Brief introduction
This unit generally applied after fine bar screen (mechanical grid),before entering primary sedimentation tank, this machine can separate large grain (DN over than 0.5mm) in sewage, most adopt air lifting , if use pump lifting, it has a high requirement of pump damage, the steel tank body applied in mediate and small flow volume field.
Working Principle and Structure
Raw water enters from tangential direction to form swirl stream with a certain velocity and flow pattern by impeller so that the adhesion of organic matter in the sand, gradually washing each other, and the resistance of gravity and swirling sand bucket sink to the center of action, stripped of organics with axial flow upward overflow away. Sand bucket sand accumulation through the air lift pump or sand pump upgrade into sand-water separator completely separated, sand separated row to the trash (tube) Sinotrans, sewage back to the grill well.
