WP Rotary solid-liquid separator
Brief introduction
It is special water treatment equipment for continuously and automatically intercepting and removing various shapes debris in the fluid.
It has widely applied in urban sewage treatment, waterworks industry, and power plant intakes; meanwhile it can be also used as pre-screening equipment in wastewater treatment process of textiles, food processing, paper, leather and other industries.
Working principle
It is composed by special rake chains which will be back rotating from water flow direction under motor reducer.
When rake chain arrives at its upper end , each group of rake will carry on self cleaning by dropping out most of the solid material under gravity and guideline rail,while the rest of the solid will be tidied clean by back running brush.

Features
The biggest advantage of this device is: Fully automation, high separation efficiency with little power consumption, no noise, good corrosion resistance, it can be also in continuous and stable running with overload protection device, auto shut down device under fault or fail set-up to avoid equipment overload.
Running sequence time can be adjustable freely and controlled by front and backward liquid level gap with hand control function to facilitate maintenance.
Simple and reasonable design make it has strong self cleanness with little daily maintenance and little jam phenomena.

1.Device and Rake specification
Machine can be divided into HF300-3600 as per its width
And its rake gap can be 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50m etc.
The model selection depends on water flow, mounting height, solid liquid
Separating total volume and separated material shape, grain size to
choose best material and solution model.
2.Bar screen specification
Standard channel depth is 1535mm,customized stipulated size can be design
specially as per demand.
