Working Principal
It really realize automatic constant temperature, automatic moisture discharge, low investment, low energy consumption, high drying efficiency, fast speed and large output. It is widely used for drying fruits, vegetables, and Chinese medicinal materials such as wolfberry, salvia, kelp, mint, radish sticks, jujube, pepper, rose, bean, lily, and candied fruit, etc. .
It adopts continuous drying operation, which mainly consists of a drying room, a drying car, a tray, an air supply system, a hot air stove, and an automatic electrical control system. The drying room adopts metal insulation board or brick-concrete structure, and the drying tray is made of metal or other materials.
When the dryer is working, the materials to be dried are placed in a drying tray, and the drying tray is placed on a drying cart. The drying cart enters from the entrance of the drying chamber at the same time. At the same time, the hot air is discharged from the drying chamber by the air supply system. It is fed in at the end and runs in reverse with the drying truck to make full contact with the material. Automatic temperature control in the drying room, moisture is automatically removed by the exhaust fan
